FirmingCUP
Cup suction for a perfect skin
Breast Massage
& Lymphatic System
Lymphatic system bathes every cell in our body filtering and destroying toxins.
See the picture above with breasts lymph nodes.
Lymphatic massage with the cups is a very gentle ,relaxing and effective preventative therapy that addresses the whole body, but especially the breast area.
This light suction massage AROUND the breast ,where you see nodes on the picture will drain the fluid to the 35-50 nodes in the axilla area see points under the arms in the picture.
By cleansing these tissues ,we initiate proper circulation and eliminate stagnation, toxins and cellular breakdown.
Direction if use:
In the treatment we first clear the clavicular nodes (supra/infra) with the firmingcup, you can use the squeeze/release echnique on the clavicle nodes and then you can work with the cup on the the axillary nodes situated under the arms so that lymph fluid can drain into these nodes for complete cleansing.
We then gently move the firming cup AROUND each breast to allow the lymphatic fluid to drain mammary nodes .You will be going slowly around each breat around bra line, which we then drain into the axillary nodes situated under the arms .
So it is a gentle circular mouvement around the breast with some oil to facilitate mouvement of the cup.
If breast cancer runs in your family or if you want good preventative care, I would recommend this breast lymphatic drainage massage therapy.
Pure therapeutic grade essential oils can be applied to the breasts and the small /merdium/large firming cup works nicely.
When applied to the skin, these oils will penetrate every cell in the body within 21 minutes of application.
Lymph drainage therapy is also highly recommended after removal of nodes from surgery, to allow fluids to be redirected to avoid edema (swelling).Lymphedema can appear anywhere from 6 weeks to 20 years after surgery.
Good preventative breast care is the most efficient way to increase every woman’s chances of living a long and healthy life.
Breast and lymphatic system
Lymph flow is compromised due to engorgement, swelling or scar tissue from accidents or surgeries, medical conditions such as thoracic outlet syndrome, tight muscles, poor posture, emotional holding and other considerations.
• Lymph flow may be compromised due to sedentary lifestyle. Social mores that inhibit the free movement of breasts, wearing ill fitting bras, bras with underwires and wearing bras for extended periods throughout the day
• 75% of lymph drains to the axillary nodes. These nodes filter lymph and destroy undesirable substances.
Massage the breast towards these nodes.
• Most breast cancers occur in the upper outer quadrant of the breast the portion nearest the axilla.
• All breast cancer originates in the lining of the milk ducts
• Lymph movement is dependent upon muscle contraction and body movement in order to circulate.
• There is very little muscle in breast which further restricts lymph flow. Rebounding of breasts is main method for drainage. You con find some exercise on u tube.
• Lymph can become stagnant in the breast, retaining toxins and inhibiting proper nutrition to breast tissues. When lymph cannot move easily, breast health is compromised.
Breast massage assists in promoting healthy breast tissue. It helps reduce fibroids and cysts and relieves pain and discomfort associated with PMS and bra compression. Relieves tension and stress in muscles of the chest wall. Assists in healthy tissue regeneration and scar reduction following surgery. It’s a proactive step against cancer and other diseases.
