SAY GOODBYE TO CELLULITE

Cellulite is the dimpled appearance of fat underneath the skin formed by a junction of fat deposit with layers of the skin.  Cellulite fat is different than plain ordinary fat as it trapped with fluids and toxins due to reduced lymphatic drainage. If plain fat is something that will dissolve during fasting, cellulite will not.
Cupping massage is an extremely beneficial, natural solution in reducing or clearing cellulite and toxic stagnation, as it is resulting in the fat cells shrinking. Cupping massage naturally reduces the fat deposit inside of the fat cell without breaking the fat structure.
You will be amazed by the dramatic result which is visible after only a few sessions. The cellulite and dimples are smoothed out and the thighs and butt begin to feel firm and toned. The other advantage of the treatment is that muscle tightness and knots in the area will release increasing flexibility and suppleness.

 

 

 

CELLULITE REDUCTION TREATMENT

Be ready to do some work and be patient. Cellulite won’t disappear overnight. Remember it has been building up for years. The results and number of sessions varies from woman to woman, depending on body type and lifestyle factors.

 

Directions: You must be in a relaxed position, such as standing, sitting, laying, or reclining. Choose the best position for you where you can reach all affected areas. Warm up the area to be treated by massaging or by using a body brush.

 

Apply a good amount of  Cellulite Gel or Oil to be able to move the cup smoothly. or soap if in the shower. 

Use a light, comfortable suction alternating linear, circular, zigzag and shaking movements as described in the Cupping Massage techniques, gradually increasing the negative pressure inside of the cup.

If the cup doesn’t slide easily you need to apply more oil or u must reduce the suction by squeezing the cup less.

After massaging the area drain the area by moving the  cup upwards toward the nearest lymph node .

How to perform the massage:

 

Remember: the skin should never be dry

 

Example of massage for the lateral face of the thighs (known as saddle bags):

 

 

  • Move the firmingcup (do not leave it on the same spot to avoid the risk of haematoma) over the area to be treated horizontally then vertically - 4 minutes

  • On the same area, make movements describing an "S" - 3 minutes

  • Finish with deep actions by pushing the cup down onto your skin (as if you wanted to insert it) then by pulling on the outside (without letting it go) - 1 minute

These three types of movements can be completed regardless of the area to be treated (buttocks, abdomen, hips, etc.). You can also watch a video on cellulite below.

 

Warning :

Massage can be painful. In this case, reduce the skin fold (suction area) by pinch- ing firming cup less and reduce the time massage. When the massage becomes less painful (after 4-5 sessions), you can pinch a larger fold of skin and gradually increase the massage time.

Frequency:

3 to 4 weekly sessions with the cup for about 8 mn per area.

This is indicative only, you must adapt usage to the treatment area and to the degree of your cellulite. At this frequency, the initial results appear after 3-4 weeks. Once results are obtained, one weekly massage is enough to maintain the results.

Side effects:

• Ordinary effects: redness of the skin & the itching sensation, due to the increased vascularity of the treated area. These effects disappear after the end of the massage.

• Frequent effects: occurrence of small haematomas. If they are not painful, you can continue with the treatment as usual. Otherwise, allow more time between sessions so your skin gets used to it.

• Rare effects: cutaneous eruptions  & redness persists.
