Back Cupping Massage

helps to relieve pain from tight, sore muscles, to break up the knots, improve blood and

lymph circulation and eliminate body toxins by stimulation the lymph nodes.

It tones the skin, assists in body contouring, relaxes and rejuvenates the body, and calming

nervous system.For muscular pain massage will stretch the muscle and remove excess lactic

Direction:

15-20 minute session weekly with using the blend of Massage Oil suitable for your particular needs.

One or two normal or large FirmingCup can be used with medium suction to provide the most back

Stationary Back Cupping treatment

is used for detox, cold or bronchitis. Entire back and shoulders’ stationary cupping is recommended

for cold, bronchitis, general body oxygenation, headaches.

Direction:

Warm up the skin by massaging with massage oil. For the best result use daily for seven days or

until you stop coughing. For maintenance use back stationary cupping one or twice a month to build

up your immune system and body resistance to colds, viruses and infection.

 

 

 

Self-Massage

Massaging back daily will help to get rid of bra lines (don’t you hate those?) and reshape your back.

Direction:

Massage your back in the shower using one or two normal or Large body Cups.

For intense back slimming apply a slimming/cellulite gel /oil and massage the back 10-15 min 2-3 times a week for a month.Repeat the treatment after one -two weeks of break . Continue the treatment until you achieve the desired result.

 

 

 

After massaging the area with the Firmingcup,,drain the area by moving the Cup upwards toward the nearest lymph nodes. Which will be under the arms for the back massage.
